HydroNeo is an IoT-driven aquaculture technology company that helps fish and shrimp farms monitor and manage their operations through web and mobile applications.

Its platform gives farm operators visibility into multiple ponds, including real-time water monitoring, alerts, and automated controls. Teams can use HydroNeo to understand what is happening across their farms and respond when conditions require attention.

But while operational data lived inside HydroNeo, the conversations around that data did not.

Farm workers and managers were coordinating through external tools such as Microsoft Teams and Slack, creating a disconnect between the information teams needed to act on and the conversations they were having about it.
