Free Agent Offer is available on a promotional basis and may be modified or withdrawn by CometChat at any time without notice.
Offer is subject to eligibility and availability, and limited to one agent per organization.
The agent is provided "as is" and CometChat make no warranties, express or implied, regarding performance or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CometChat disclaims liability for any damages arising out of use of the agent.
The agent will be built and delivered free of charge based on the specifications agreed during build/scoping between CometChat and customer. Timeline for agent delivery is not guaranteed.
CometChat will provide agent maintenance and minor modifications for the agent for a period of 1 month following delivery. Major modifications and requests after this time period may incur professional services charges or require an ongoing maintenance package
CometChat owns the source code for any agents created as part of the Free Agent Offer and agent is intended to be used with CometChat platform. Use of agent with any other platform is prohibited
