CometChat Basic, Professional, Premium & Platinum Edition

We provide support & updates for 1 year after purchase. After a year, additional support can be purchased by paying 50% of the price for an entire year. If you would like our team to perform the update/installation, we charge $79 per instance. Audio/video chat (webRTC option), Screensharing (webRTC option) & Gtalk chat require an active license (i.e. renewal once a year) as these services are hosted on our servers. Certain features have additional requirements as mentioned in our requirements page and may cost additional.

White-labelled Mobile App

We charge $79/build. There are no yearly renewal costs. Some examples- a) If we release a new version, and you want us to re-build the Mobile App, we charge $79. b) If you want to change the branding of your Mobile App, then we charge $79.

Mobile SDK

We provide updates for 1 year after purchase. After a year, additional support can be purchased by paying 50% of the price for an entire year.
