We offer money back guarantee within 30 days from date of purchase. Once we receive your request, we will issue a refund within a week of approval. You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Our payment gateway or your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card statement. If, for any reason, we are unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, you will be provided equivalent credit for the amount (for any future purchases). We provide refunds for new licenses only; and not for renewals or upgrades.

Once you cancel you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 15th of every month, and you cancel on the 20th, you'll still have to pay for the current month, but you won't be charged again after that. For yearly subscriptions, you are eligible for a prorated refund (based on number of unused quarters i.e. three-month periods).
Custom Development Work
We do not offer refund for custom development work.
Kindly note that refunds are designed to remove the risk from purchasing products- not as a way to get free chat software. If it appears to us that you are abusing refunds, we may stop offering them to you.
