However, for some reason you are not satisfied with CometChat, you may request a refund within 30 (thirty) days from your purchase of CometChat and we will refund your money. This refund is subject to our terms and conditions as mentioned in our Refund Policy below.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible but not later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase of CometChat ("Refund Request Term").
Once we receive your refund request within the Refund Request Term, we will issue a refund within 30 (thirty) working days of your refund request subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.
Our Customers are of utmost importance and we will be happy to provide you full assistance in resolving any issues that you may be facing with CometChat. If the problem is resolved and you are satisfied with our service, you may consider continuing to use CometChat. Do contact us if you wish to consider this option. However, if CometChat does not meet your needs and we are unable to provide solution that addresses the situation within 30 (thirty) days of your request, we will gladly refund your purchase price if the initial request is made within the Refund Request Term.
Refund shall be applicable ONLY for the following versions of CometChat, in the event a refund request is made within the Refund Request Term:
Exception: We offer periodical discounts and offers on the purchase of CometChat. However, any purchase made by you, that involves a provision of discount on the original market price of CometChat, will not be eligible for a refund. Any non-standard licenses including multi-tenant, multi-vendor and multi-year/perpetual licenses are also not eligible for a refund.
The Refund shall be initiated through the same payment method as used at the time of making the purchase. It may be noted that the payment gateway or your financial institution can take up to 20 (twenty) working days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card statement. If, for any reason, we are unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, you will be provided an equivalent credit for the said amount (for any future purchases). No request for refund shall be entertained by us beyond the Refund Request Term under any circumstances whatsoever.
It is recommended that you take the demo of CometChat, or read the CometChat features/description carefully in order to get a functional understanding of CometChat before making your final purchase decision. Please note, that we reserve the right to reject your refund request, for the reasons including but not limited to the following:

YOUR REMEDY IS SPECIFICALLY AND STRICTLY LIMITED TO A REFUND OF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE. NO OTHER WARRANTY OR REMEDY IS IMPLIED NOR SHOULD BE INFERRED.
IT MAY BE NOTED THAT ANY TERMS NOT SPECIFICALLY DEFINED HEREINABOVE SHALL HAVE THE SAME MEANING AS DEFINED IN THE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT.
