“I'll start with the summary - CC is just perfect.
I was looking for a low latency, functional chat solution for my business portal which is incidentally written in classic ASP. After looking around quite a bit, I zeroed in on CometChat. 4. CC is being constantly improved by the dedicated team of developers - therefore no worries about them closing shop and leaving you high and dry.
5. Support was very timely and responsive, even though I was in India and the team some 6-7 time zones away.
