For anyone wondering how to change the chat room message:

"Please join a chatroom from the left navigation or create your own. Your chatroom will be automatically deleted after 10 minutes of inactivity."

Of course, out of the box, the chat module's navigation is on the right. Not a big deal, but it's enough to make a user of your chat think, "Hm.. we'll, it's on the right, stupid".

Log in to your ftp, go to your cometchat directory and then go to modules>>chatrooms>>config.php and edit it to say "right" instead of "left".
