Overview

Plugins are of two types:

1. To enhance one-on-one chat functionality
2. To enhance chatroom functionality

One-on-one chat plugins

One-on-one chat plugins add new features to the one-on-one chat box. In other words, when you chat with another user using the chat box on the right side, you can use these plugins. e.g. audio/video chat, screen-sharing etc. are examples of one-on-one chat.

Chatroom plugins

Chatroom plugins add new functionality to chat rooms. You can add plugins like video conference, screen-sharing, white-board etc. to chatrooms. All plugins available for one-on-one chat cannot be added to chatrooms but most plugins are common with one difference. In one-on-one chat, they are used between two users. In chatrooms, they are used by multiple users at the same time.
